Oh wow, you make video games?? Thats why I went to school for digital animation for, so I could design/make the graphics for games. Perhaps we could work togather on a future title??
But from the screen shots, this game looks like it will be fun. Graphics remind me of Rastan.

Hi Lunar, Yes, I program bank software for a living and write games in my free time. I will quit my job this Friday to move to SC, so that I have more time to work on my personal projects. I remember seeing your artwork and I would definitely like to have you on my team when it comes time to develop the first game that I plan to sell. It won't be this game, of course, I will have to come up with something original, which you could help me with too. All of this is very sketchy right now, but I will certainly contact you whenever I am looking to fill an artist position. Payment would be on a commission basis, meaning I would pay you a one time fee for each sheet of sprites or whatever. Let me know if you would be interested in that kind of position.

Do you know roughly when Jill will be finished? I played it on the PC years ago and loved it!

Wow that's cool. Did you build the engine from scratch? I played with 3D programming a while ago ( with openGL ), even made my own little simulator. Hats off to you -- I know its not easy. And hey I occasionally code stuff to interface with banks too. Only when absolutely necessary... my main thing right now is web/database development Mark

I am aiming for early 2006, but it may appear sooner depending on my free time. Thanks, Crowley, I had forgotten about that night (wonder why . Now that I have moved to the beach we will have to get together some time soon. Glad you like the look, Mark. Yes, the 'engine' was written from scratch in a language called BlitzMax. It makes things easier for you by wrapping OpenGL in BASIC commands, which is the language I am most comfortable with. My C++ skill is limited to making basic DLLs to aid with my other works.

Wow! Great job! Where can I download the game? If it isn't available, then I can't wait! Why don't you release some public version for testing purpose or something?

Lookin' good, I was a big fan of the original Jill so I'm looking forward to this little remake, for sure. I write for a game magazine, and I'll try to give this a mention and throw it on the coverdisk once it's released. Good luck.

Thanks . It is still in development as of now, but if it starts to take too long, I may release an early version to play around with. That would be great! Don't think I've ever gotten any press outside of the internet before. If you stop back by, please leave or send me your e-mail so I can get in touch as it gets further near completion. Scott, man, it's great to hear from you. I was down there last weekend to see Revenge of the Sith (which sucked balls (who would've guessed?)), but I missed you unfortunately. I will be coming down again probably next weekend. Please e-mail me your phone number so we can make plans. My dad took our house off the market in NC, so I'll still have a place to stay when I do stop by. We'll have to vege out and rock to some Rush very soon. Your best friend - Marcus
