Hello, my name is Caleb Symonds. I am a twenty year old resident of Randolph County, NC, and this is my introductory post for application.
About me:
I am on of three founders of the recently formed paranormal group PRO ec, and I have had much experience with investigating, and the paranormal.
I read in an earlier post that your team is lacking in the audio equipment area. This is great because I feel I have something to bring to the table. My group has a lot of equipment, but most of the audio recording equipment belongs to me.
When recording for EVPs, I use the following:
Digital recorders
Micro-cassette recorders
Standard cassette recorders
MiniDisc recorders
Straight-to-laptop digital field recording
^all using boundary mics (good for high and low end frequency response).
To hear some of my groups earliest findings, access the links below.

We have more but have yet to upload them as they are still in the analysis phase.
I also (as noted above) analyze the raw data recordings on the computer for my group using spectral analysis, waveform analysis, etc.
I am also open to the use of Quiji and Tarot, but I must admit that I do not know how they work as I have never tried either.
Anyway, I think it is great the way this group is pulling together researchers from all across NC, and I would love to be a part of it.
-Caleb, PRO ec, out.
