I hear about ghosts all the time. I have yet to ever see one. Dude, if you die, you go to heaven or hell. If you honestly think you are seeing ghosts, there are a few possibilities: you are nuts, you are performing some kind of satanic ritual, or you are on drugs. I have seen a lot of pictures that people claim to be ghosts. They are vague and could easily be hoaxes. If anybody has anything else to convince me, please speak out.

I am not trying to convince you that there are really ghosts out there but I do think that there are some spirits out there that are not totally at rest. When I was about 13 I was spending the night at my grand parents house. The house is pretty big and I usually slept by the tv in the living room cause the couch was really confortable. I woke up in the middle of the night thirsty as hell so I walked to the kitchen to get some water. I got some water and while I was drinking it I looked down the hallway cause I heard a noise that sounded like wind ripping around corners and stuff. Well when I looked up I could see what looked like tree leafs whipping around in circles moving down the hallway and it paused in the dining room for a second and then shot through the living room. It scared the mess out of me haha. I told my mother about it and she told me that they have all seen some weird stuff happen in that house since her brother had gotten murdered in there, but it was covered up as an accidentle drownding. So belive what you want cause you wont beieve otherwise until you have an encounter.
sincerly

If that ever happened to me in my house, I would get in contact with a minister and have the house blessed. I have heard of that happening to people. You guys make a generalization that spirits in general are not all bad. If you ever get in touch with a "spirit" like you guys have, then it is obvious to me that whoever this spirit is didn't make it to Heaven. In that case, it could only mean one thing: they are damned. You shouldn't mess around with that stuff. Ouija boards are not toys and you shouldn't be encouraging people to buy them and play around with them. You are opening your house up to evil spirits. Trust me. I've seen some pretty freaky stuff that I don't just shrug off as an "encounter with a spirit worthy of investigating". I had to do some heavy praying to get away from it. So I don't believe in ghosts as you think of them. What you describing is a demon.

So what is god, Joe? Do you know him, can you explain him, or are you one of those that believe in Jesus with god on the side? God's mysteries are beyond our comprehension and for you to come here, treading on our investigations of supernatural events is petty. You are proabably not even sound in your religious beliefs, and are not adequate to judge anything that we do, wait.. there was some scripture on that, something like Judge not lest ye be Judged. Jesus was a spirit when he came back up from Hell, so he must have been a demon. If you had actually read this passage, it mentions Hell was closed till the 2nd coming (they even have paintings based on this scripture from 300AD). You religious Fascist think that you know about God or Jesus and anything that gives the impression that they are not at work you have to bash it and say that it is the work of something evil. Protestants always think they have the upper-hand in religion even though they are a bastardized version of the Catholic religion. You seperated from them and started the belief that you are right, seems like the only belief you have.

Aside from Pibb's suggestions, if your that worried about our promotion of Ouija boards, maybe you should start with Parker Brothers who sells millions of them to children all around the world.
If they were as bad as you say, don't you think they would be pulled from the market, instead of being sold for almost forty years?

That's a good idea. I'll keep that suggestion in mind. I hope you read my response to Pibb below too.

What is God? Well, he is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the beginning and the end. He is the light. BTW, you have a few things wrong. Jesus and God are the same. Why don't you read the Bible and find out what I'm talking about. You can start with 1 John 4. That entire chapter talks about "testing the spirits". Have you heard about the story of Legion? It was a group of demons possessed a man and caused him to cut himself numerous times. You guys do believe in possession. Right? I would also like to know something else: Where in the Bible does it mention that Hell was closed until the second coming? I think your sources are a little off. Also an FYI to you: I am not "bashing" you. I am being quite civilized about the issue. I'm not laughing at what you do. I'm telling you that I have messed with those things before and I have seen what they can do. I played with a Ouija board before. I eventually burned it, but by then it was too late. Do you know what it is like to look into the mirror and see your corneas turn grey? Do you know what it is like to be at work and see water pour out of the ceiling from nowhere, then suddenly go away after you pray to God to banish that evil presence away from you? I have talked to some friends of mine who witnessed blood pour out of walls after they chanted "bloody mary" in front of the mirror. So, in conclusion, I think you should think before you type an insult towards me. I've been there before. For your own sakes, you should stop messing with this stuff. Also, assuming that God was a demon is FAR from the truth. God makes his presence known in other ways. He loves us. He doesn't move glasses around or send "orbs" down to earth. Anymore questions? Feel free to ask. However, you can stop throwing insults at me. I never threw them at you. I just mentioned that what you are doing is nuts. That's because IT IS. I've done it. I've been there.

I apologize for anything I said that may have offended you. You have to understand that with being in this organization you come across people who they themselves are not sound in their religious beliefs and are far from open minded. I'm glad to know that you are not one of them and took those comments in stride. I have been in multiple protestant religions, lastly Catholic, and have heard and read multiple verisons of the bible; the NIV, King James, Vulgate(closest thing to the true bible, in my opinion), and it always seemed odd that there are so many forms of it that tell a different opinion on the word of God. Who is to say who is right in the matters of belief. I believe that God is not seperate from evil because if he created everything then didn't he create evil himself? If not, then is it out of his control? Can he only manipulte evil to create good(evil still being out of his control)? I don't believe God could have created something out of his control, and Lucifer was God's creation. What makes it so hard to believe that God sacrificed part of himself to control one of his creations, evil. the damage has already been done and humans had learned evil, thus the main point in religion is to control the evil humans have learned so that they abolish evil that humans hang onto so we can return to Eden. So our investigations, in a sense, is to learn about evil and the ways it can manifest, and to see if good manifests its self in the same way; trying to find the seperation between good and evil. I understand that you have had bad experiences with ouiji boards and as of late we have not had an experience like the ones you talk about, but that can't deteer us from gathering information. For all we know this is beyond religion. We are not trying to question God, only to understand him better. And, again I apologize if I had said anything to offend you in my last post.

Thanks for not attacking me again. It's great to be able to talk in a civilized manner. I can understand how you might think that God "created" evil. You have to keep one thing in mind: God gave us free will. Why would he do that? Well, if He didn't, we would all be like robots programmed to do whatever God wants. What would be the point? Free will is a gift. However, we all have a sinful nature ever since Adam and Eve committed the first sin and were banished from the Garden of Eden. So God didn't create evil. We all chose it. Satan was one of God's angels. However, he and many other angels chose to take a different path. I could go on about this, but I'll leave this alone since I am short on time.
As for the different versions of the Bible, They all say the same thing. They are simply different translations since scholars sometimes disagree one what certain words really mean (translated from the Dead Sea Scrolls). However, there are some people who have made up their own versions, such as Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses. Then there is the Koran and various other false doctrines. Don't get them mixed up. Personally, I try to stick with the King James version of the Bible. It is the one most accepted by Christian churches. I am unfamiliar with the Vulgate version. I would not try to base my beliefs on that. As for searching for the truth, I'm glad you question things like you do. You grow in faith that way. Feel free to e-mail me if you wish to talk some more. Also,no offense taken.

I live in harnett county North Carolina and I discovered an old slave cemetery and started taking pics there. Well I have a few that have actual apparitions and a moving orb in some pics which cannot be called dust because there is only one orb in each pic, and the film wasn't tampered with because I used disposable camaras to take the pics.I would like to be able to post them here on this sight if someone tells me how.

Would you mind giving us detailed directions to this cemetary? We are always looking for new places to hunt and this sounds like a good one. I'd also like to add it to our haunted location database, thank you.

Whew! Religious debate!! Ok ok, I wanna start off by saying I am a christian, yet I am non-denomination. Every thing you said Joe is pretty much cuttie cutter from a southern baptist point of view, as if repeated on a sunday school lesson. Thoughs views are pretty man made since the bible doesnt clarify anything about spirits/ghost being good or evil. Sure it mentions demons, but at the same time, it dosent mention anything about ghost. Though I do agree with you on some aspects, for the most part I have to say that comming in here attacking us (quote:"you are nuts, you are performing some kind of satanic ritual, or you are on drugs"unquote) and then representing christians was a REALLY bad idea, becuase your giving a bad name to Jesus, since he said never to persecute others for their beleifs. Not to mention the fact that you say with ease "Dude, if you die, you go to heaven or hell." which infact if you are christian, and have a bible, then you should know that there is more to it than that. Not to mention by saying it that way shows disrespect to other religions and other beleifs which Jesus said you should respect other religions and not persecute them. There is actually a place of the dead, a 3rd dimention if you will. Jesus went there when he died to gather the saints waiting there and take them to paradise according to the Bible. Now in the english language version it says Jesus decended into hell. But in the Hebrew version it uses the word Sheol which means place of the dead. here is a link that explains all of that. www.gotquestions.org/did-Jesus-go-to-hell.htmlOk, my point is that you seem to be a "NEW" Christian and you are comming across as if you know it all. No one knows ALL the small details about whats out their, God, and all the true meanings of the Bible. Sure some claim they do, but their only missleading themselvs and others. Try to listen more to what Jesus said than what preachers say, you might be suprised of how they contridict each other! But seriously, the number 1 cuase of atheism is Christians who are full of ignorance. Welcome aboard
