I just wanted to let you all know that Loyd Auerbach will be giving a Friday night discussion, and a weekend long seminar on Ghost Hunting at the Rhine Research Center in Durham, NC April 22-24. I hope you'll be able to attend, and also contact other interested ghost hunters who may benefit from this event.
Loyd's most recent books are "Ghost Hunting: How to Investigate the Paranormal and Hauntings & Poltergeists: A Ghost Hunter’s Guide". He has appeared on Larry King Live, Oprah, Sightings, The Today Show, Unsolved Mysteries, and Late Night with David Letterman, to name but a few.
Loyd’s workshop offers a guide to field investigations of ghostly experiences. In this workshop you will learn some basic skills and understanding for investigation of ghosts, poltergeists, haunted places and related psychic experiences. You will explore the investigative process, from the determination that it is a case that should be investigated to the on-site investigative techniques. In the investigative process, you will learn to use caution and not mislead yourself into thinking something as paranormal that really is not. You will also learn how to come up with solutions and resolutions.
The registration fee will be $150 for the workshop, with a discounted fee of $135 for early paid registrations received 30 days prior to each event. Registrations will be limited to 30 registrants per workshop. To register call 919-309-4600, ext.201 between 9 until 5pm, Monday to Friday, or just email me back here for more information.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Yeah, I was reading about that one myself a few days ago and was getting all excited till I saw the $150 fee. Sigh, I'm too poor to afford something like that, so if any of you go, tell me how it was! And if any of you do go, try to take time to visit the Duke Gardens and the Duke Cathedral, they are very beutiful, especially this time of year. The Cathedral also has a crypt with actually tombs that you can explore. But dont get too excited, its a tiny room and all the tombs are in the walls and floors, only plaks that tell who u are standing on But its still very cool (and somewhat creepy) non the less

Oohh I sooo want to go to this. I heard about it a while ago. Unfortunately my job has going out of town during this event. I'm glad I didn't buy a ticket, though.
